Working with Samar at Shades by Design has been a pleasure. She has been creative, responsive, caring and professional throughout the project. She is a positive, can do kind of person and made it any easy experience. Sam and Joe, their installers were also terrific. They showed up on time, were very nice and professional and good at what they did. Overall a great experience. There was a small stain on one of the cornices when it arrived from production but the manager has been advised and I’m waiting to hear back.

From initial discussion with Hanna right through the install the whole process was seamless and went without any hitches in a very timely fashion.

Shades by design had to remove and then reinstall my shades ( bought from them) due to my having hurricane glass installed everywhere. The technician , Renato, was terrific, efficient and did a spectacular job, leaving everywhere he worked immaculate. They’re not inexpensive but they are very good.

We just had black-out shades installed in our bedrooms. Hanna Mourani was friendly, professional and kind. The initial visit was for measurements, which took only minutes. During the second visit, he confirmed the initial measurements, and brought his team member Pedro to ensure that everything was ready for the installation (also very quick). Today the shades are in, and they look great. Pedro did a fantastic job. He even removed and disposed of the old window treatments, along with cleaning up his work space. Thank you Hanna for making this processes so easy!

The people I dealt with were professional and courteous. The installation had to be postponed a few times due to my scheduling conflicts, but the agent was patient and ultimately the installation took place on the day and specified.
