Located in the beautiful neighborhood of North Bay Village in Miami, this client’s home required several different window treatment styles for their needs. Their requests included solutions for privacy, as they felt their neighbors could peer into their home with ease, and light and temperature control since their North facing windows let in an excessive amount of heat and sunlight during the day.
WINDOW TREATMENTS:
Starting with the entrance. To allow more privacy in light control for their large glass door and window, we installed Mini blinds.
Hunter Douglas Top-Down Bottom-Up Cellular Shades were installed in the downstairs living area to protect furniture from the harmful UV rays and for added privacy.
The Kitchen and dining area received privacy screen shades for the client to enjoy family meals and get togethers in private.
Lastly, each bedroom was given a combination of Somfy Motorized Screen shades in different opacities and SOMFY GLYDEA motorized curtains for a blackout effect.
For optimal convenience, all the window treatments installed in this home were motorized and are controlled through hand-held controllers and wall switches.
