Duplex in Chelsea, NYC

When we first walked into this residence, we automatically knew what needed to be done. There was so
much glare, sunlight, and heat, we felt the client could not be too comfortable here.

Since the living and dining area had two story windows, we felt it was important to install screen shades
that were motorized. We used Mermet fabric for this option pair with manual ceiling to floor length
curtains created from Robert Allan fabric.

In the bedroom, we installed an automated blackout and screen roller shades with the same Mermet
fabric that provides ultimate light control straight from the bed.

All treatment was installed with SOMFY integrated into a Crestron system.
