The entrance of this luxury home features double height windows that beautifully brighten the home. Since these windows are hard to reach, it is not easy to filter out the light when needed. As a solution, we installed Somfy motorized roller shades in a black solar fabric which allows the client to adjust these shades via a convenient hand held remote.
The common area, Kitchen and Dining room received screen shades in black solar fabric as well.
For the bedrooms, we installed dual shading systems that consisted of motorized screen shades and blackout shades. Screen shades allow for privacy in the day, while filtering out UV rays and glare. The blackout shades are perfect for darkening the room allowing the perfect atmosphere for a restful night.
