PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
La Gorce Island has been ranked the #1 development in Miami, and therefore you can expect everything here to be luxurious and high end.
At this beautiful home in Miami beach, we wanted to make sure the window treatments we designed, stayed true to the beauty of this island while also being functional and easy to maintain.
Starting with the family room and dining area: We installed Mermet fabric screen shades motorized by Somfy motors and decorative curtain side panels. (Pinch Pleat for the family room, ripple fold for the dining room).
In the living room, we installed similar motorized screen shades with decorative curtain side panels on wooden rods. To match the décor and to conceal the hardware, we included custom upholstered cornices for each window.
The master bedroom features solar shades with blackout curtains.
The custom wood blinds in the guest bedroom and office were manufactured by Graber Blinds. Each color chosen specifically to enhance the décor. For an added touch, in the office we added a relaxed fabric valence to match the custom upholstery.
And last but not least, the lovely bathroom received motorized privacy shades. No need to climb into the tub to adjust the windows when privacy is needed.
