At this luxury high-rise residence located in the popular “South of Fifth” neighborhood, we created a soft window treatment solution that blended seamlessly with this client’s décor, while offering privacy, light control and convenience.
The living room features motorized drapery in a sheer Kravet fabric, motorized by Somfy Glydea motors. Behind the curtains, we installed motorized screen shades using Mermet fabric. This allows the client to have multiple options for lighting and privacy.
The bedrooms feature similar Kravet Sheer Pinch Pleat draperies. However, behind each curtain in the bedroom, there are Motorized blackout shades with aluminum fascia and side channels for a complete blackout/room darkening effect.
