This boutique-style hotel on Collins Ave needed a more modern, user-friendly design to replace its old, heavy, and hard-to-operate wooden blinds.
Our main goals with the new treatments were to create a nice welcoming ambiance for guests while also filtering light, protecting artwork from harmful UV rays, and shading the space in style.
Starting with the lobby, we installed screen shades on the street-facing windows that would still allow natural light in, but wouldn’t cause excess glare and wouldn’t allow any contact between the artwork and direct sunlight.
The window treatments throughout the common areas (Lounge and dining spaces) were replaced with beautiful screen shades that matched the décor and created the perfect setting for guests to enjoy the beautiful architecture the hotel had to offer.
