ICON South Beach is a beautiful 40-story luxury residential high-rise tower designed by renowned architect Philippe Starck and legendary developer Jorge Perez.
ICON includes many luxurious amenities including the amazing gym featured in this project.
For this location, our goal was to add privacy to personal training areas in the buildings fitness center. To achieve this, we installed manually operated sheer drapery from Trend on a curved oval drapery track from Kirsch. Now ICON residents can enjoy personal training sessions in style and with enhanced privacy.
