The entrance of the home and common areas features exquisite double height windows. This family can now control lighting and glare that enters through these hard to reach windows with Somfy Motorized Screen Shades.
In the master bedroom and guestrooms, we installed Somfy motorized shades in a Mermet fabric. Custom fascia was installed to encase the shades and disguise/hide motor and roller shade tubing.
One guest room has a bit of a special touch. We installed the same Somfy motorized Mermet fabric blackout shades but with the addition of side panels to prevent light from entering either side of the window treatment.
The beautiful bathrooms feature motorized screen shades to add privacy when needed without obstructing the view.
Lastly, the theater/entertainment room features motorized shades and fascia to provide the perfect ambiance and lighting to watch movies and prevent screen glare.
Each window treatment solution is controlled via a sleek and customized Somfy wall switch.
