This luxury condo in Coconut Grove’s Park Grove development features beautiful curved and angled
floor to ceiling windows. Our team created a full array of motorized window treatment solutions that offer privacy, lighting control, energy efficiency, and added a soft elegant yet modern touch to the home.
The living/dining room area features ripple fold drapery fabricated with sheer Dedar fabric installed on a Lutron Sivoia QS drapery system.
The kitchen received the same Lutronmotorized Dedar sheer drapes, paired with motorized screen shades for added privacy control and energy efficiency.
Finally, in the bedrooms are ripple fold blackout shades to create the perfect room darkening effect when needed, along with motorized screen shades.
